Usually, we don’t offer free samples, but we can return the sample cost when you place a bulk order.

(1) Take photos & videos of the problems and send to us.
(2) Send back the physical problem battery by express to us.
(3) Engineers will analyze the defective battery within 2 working days.
(4) 1 Year Warranty after leaving our factory. Our defect rate is under 1%, and we will repair or replace the battery for confirmed non-human factor quality problems.
We have EPR, UN38.3, etc. for most of our current models. If it's a custom-made design, we could apply for certificates for you, but the related fees should be paid by your side unless your order is large enough, in which case we will cover the certificate fees.
